Dr. Dobson Does it again – at least I hope!

James Dobson On April 13th, 2010, the newest Dr. James Dobson book will hit the shelves – “Bringing Up Girls: Practical Advice and Encouragement for Those Shaping the Next Generation of Women”

If this new release is anything like “Bringing Up Boys,” I can assure you will be an excellent book. Even though I read Bringing Up Boys before my son was even born. The lessons learned were valuable in various aspects of life: from family life, to youth ministry, to volunteering in the schools, to all aspects of ministry. Dr. Dobson’s book provided insights into the life and design of boys.

As I read the book, and even later watched the DVDs, I could not help but laugh and consider all the times I drove my parents and siblings nuts with “boy stuff.” Dr. Dobson provided some clear statistics and resources as well as powerful thoughts concerning raising up young men to be firm in their convictions and develop them as leaders for the times ahead.

I hope this new release on Bringing up Girls will be as excellent as the first.

Amazon.com is already taking pre-orders, so considering getting this book!
