Bible Study Series 2023 – Acts 2 – Day #2

In Day #2 of our study for the week of March 20 – 24, 2023, we dive deep into the background of Acts by discussing the crowd and the day of Pentecost.

Acts 2 is a chapter in the Bible which blends Old Testament Prophecy with New Testament meaning. It is in this chapter that Peter (along with the 11) change the course of people’s lives by showing them the power of God.

In this brief study series, we search the text of Acts 2 to see what this scripture meant to the hearers on the Day of Pentecost, and then how their lives were transformed by the message Peter spoke. .

Matthew 26 follows Jesus from Simon the Leper’s house, to the Passover celebration, to His betrayal.

Throughout this week, January 30th – February 3rd, we will discuss Matthew 26. This chapter is rich in meaning for Christians today. To follow the footsteps of Jesus as He nears the cross, is a humbling scene.

Bible Study Series 2023 – Luke 15 – Day #2

This week’s Bible Class is on the “chapter of parables”; Luke 15. Today, we discuss the first seven verses. The scene is important to each parable. So, we spend a few moments on the scene before moving to the Parable of the Lost Sheep.

The Parable of the Lost Sheep shows the character of the Shepherd and the value of each sheep in the flock. Join us as we discuss how this applies to us.

Try to read through Luke 15 each day and see how you grow in your Bible knowledge.
