2 Peter is a letter to the early church reminding them of their growth and their blessings.

This is Day #2 of our brief study on 2 Peter 1. Peter’s words are powerful. He is reminding his readers of God’s blessing and His works and the value we have because of our calling. Just as Peter reminds his readers, those reminders are also to us. May we grow stronger in our faith and actions as we live.

He will remind them and encourage them to continue their walk, but grow stronger in their journey. Just as Peter reminds his readers, those reminders are also to us. May we grow stronger in our faith and actions as we live.

Bible Study Series 2023 – Psalm 51 – Day #4

Psalm 51 is our study for this week. This is Day #4 as we continue to discuss David’s plea for mercy, but also the actions he will take to get back to God.

David’s words to God are a plea to grace and mercy. He realizes his sin and now writes a Psalm to God, begging forgiveness. David wants God to remember him, forgive him, and heal him.

The background of this Psalm is 2 Samuel 12, where Nathan confronts David. Nathan’s words to David stirred his heart, troubled his soul, and provoked his anger. David knows what he needs to do now.

Join us this week as we study through Psalm 51.
